The Property Management Process
For units, townhouses, villa’s, apartments and strata properties generally our management fee is $990 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $1,500 per week.
For rentals over $1,500 pw we only charge $990 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the rent over $1,500.
For homes, duplex’s, semi-detached, row homes, rural and non-strata properties our management fee is $1,290 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $1,500 per week.
For rentals over $1,500 pw we only charge $1,290 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the rent over $1,500.
For all commercial properties our management fee is $1,500 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $2,000 per week.
For rentals over $1,500 pw we only charge $1,500 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the actual rent over $1,500.
