Our Fees

Letting fee (includes all advertising photos, brochures and signboard): 1.1 weeks rent inclusive of GST + a once off $250 inclusive of GST (realestate.com premium ad)

Attendance at NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal): $150 per hour inclusive of GST, travelling time free.

Strata meeting attendance fee: $75 per hour inclusive of GST, travelling time free.

Mailing Fee (if you would like to have your statements mail to you instead of emailed (free)):$1.50 inclusive of GST.

Financial statements: free.

Access to owner’s portal: free.

Routine inspections: free.

New lease preparation: free.

Payment of council rates, water rates, strata fees etc: free.

Strata properties management fee: For units, townhouses, villa’s, apartments and strata properties generally our management fee is $990 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $1,000 per week. For rentals over $1,000 pw we only charge $990 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the rent over $1,000.

Non-strata properties management fee: For homes, duplex’s, semi-detached, row homes, rural and non-strata properties our management fee is $1,290 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $1,200 per week. For rentals over $1,200 pw we only charge $1,290 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the rent over $1,200.

Commercial properties management fee: For all commercial properties our management fee is $1,500 per year inclusive of GST. This offer is for properties with rents up to $2,000 per week. For rentals over $1,500 pw we only charge $1,500 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the actual rent over $1,500.
