Strata Properties

For units, townhouses, villa’s and apartments our sales commission is $13,500 inclusive of GST and including a complete advertising package. This offer is for properties sold for up to $1,000,000.

For properties sold for over $1,000,000 we only charge $13,500 plus 1.1% of the portion of the value over $1,000,000.

For homes, duplex’s, semi-detached, row homes and rural properties our sales commission is $16,500 inclusive of GST and including a complete advertising package. This offer is for properties sold for up to $1,000,000.

For properties sold for over $1,000,000 we only charge $16,500 plus 1.1% of the portion of the value over $1,000,000.

Peter and Michael Ernst, owners of Northwood Estate Agents were recommended to us by the Body Corporate Manager of one of the buildings in which we have an apartment, in Dulwich Hill.

Peter and Michael suggested that we update the look of the apartment in order to achieve a higher rental and eventual sale price.

They gave us suggestions as to how to improve the overall look of the apartment, and recommended reliable tradesmen and suppliers. With their assistance & on trend recommendations we completely modernised the apartment and had it on the market in less than two months, having repainted it, replaced carpets, put in new appliances, tapware, light fittings and splashbacks.
