Our Management Fee
$82.50 per month for strata properties
Only $990 per year inclusive of GST for units, townhouses, villa’s, apartments and residential strata properties generally.
This offer is for properties with rents up to $1,000 per week.
For rentals over $1,000 pw we only charge $990 pa plus 3.5% of the portion of the rent over $1,000.
